Will autopilot sites be really paying?

Basically we have heard somewhere before about building good content, get good keywords, do some good ads placement, or get huge traffic. But the real problem is that we don’t know how good are those good’s.

From my readings, I know quite a lot of bloggers do not mind if their content are published somewhere, provided the authors and credits remain unchanged or at least a link to the author’s website.
Well, that’s about having automatic content updated. Another thing to consider is the traffic. Then those who are genius start to think about having automatic traffic machine and PR builder. Because of the automation and money, we are seeing a lot of unnecessary comments from web robots. They are crawling the web and start filling comment forms in any single chance.
