What is a Scam Program (Money Making)?
Don’t get confused with “non-paying program” definition. A scam program can be paying, and at the same is still a fraudulent scheme. Why fraudulent? Yes, any illegal/unlawful/unauthorized/dishonest activities (for example ponzi game) can be fraudulent.
Scam;
- a confidence game or other fraudulent scheme, esp. for making a quick profit; swindle
- to cheat or defraud with a scam
- a ploy by a shyster (unethical person) to raise money
- a fraudulent business scheme
