How to filter your ads effectively
Tired of cheap ads? I’m doing a little experiment here with those.
1. Be sure to use different channels at different spots of ads on your site. For example: top, middle, bottom.
2. Observe in the Reports Overview, which channel is giving you the most higher CTR, the most higher revenue.
3. For example, “top” channel is giving 70% of CTR. Are you satisfy with current daily revenue? Is it decreasing from the previous days?
4. Observe what is the regular ads on that popular channel. No other ways, observation is done manually. Take note of that regular cheap ads. You know they are cheaps since they are most clicked but yet the revenue is small. Get the ads URL.
5. Go to Adsense setup, look for “Competitive Ads Filtering”. Enter the cheap URL.
6. Observe for more days for regular ads and do the same above steps.
