Get-Rich-Quick & Get-Crazy-Quick
It is just a normal working day, but with harder mental pressure. Demanding customers, broken work procedures, and internal bureaucary. But that’s another story.
I met a customer and in our small talks, he mentioned about working on an internet investment. The customer referred to a so-called problematic online investment program featured in some news papers recently. I asked how much is the investment. “RM200K, and my friend now is taking his turn to a psychiatric hospital..”, negletting to reveal his own invesment amount. He’s an army officer and one of the less fortunate richie-rich-wannabe among a lot of other fellow armies.
Not only this time. This remind me of my meeting somewhere in July this year with another group of armies. I had the same story there about previous get-rich-quick internet program. We had great time there at Redang and laugh to each other’s foolishness.
Moral of the story:- money temptation will send you to mental hospital, beware..
