Eliminating 100% Spam Bot Comments in Wordpress

I use MightySpamBlocker v 2.0 and it help me a lot with managing the spam comments. I used to login to the site administration and see about 50-60 comments in moderation que everyday. What a bad days when I found only 1 or 2 of thems are really genuine and come from my visitors. Others are just crappy spam comments from bots. You don’t know spam bots? They are programs run by some script kiddies and will mass-submit comments to everyones comment form. They program owners themself never visit your site, but their bots are crawling the web according to some pre-defined keywords and looking for an open comment form.

What MightySpamBlocker will do is to close your blog comment form to those bots, but open it to real visitors so you will not miss any feedbacks. MightySpamBlocker will not interfere with your moderation behaviour, you can auto-approve or moderate comments as usual, but what makes MightySpamBlocker helpful is it will automatically send spam messages (unauthorized messages) from bots to the spam que. Peace.  You will never see any spam-jokes or Rolex ads in your comments list anymore.

A simple counter is included in this plugin, so you will know how many attempts of spam were there, and you wish to go through each of the spam messages, the option is there as well. You can delete them or get them approved.
