Download MightyAdsense 2.0 for Better Ads Placement

Alright, I should say this post for users only ;)

Previous versions only support static placement of ads with your posts, but it’s a history now. With version 2.0, you can assign 3 different adsenset set..yes 3 different set of colors, channels etc to 3 different location. For example the set #1 to be assigned to 2nd post, set #2 to the fifth post or set #3 to the tenth. They can be assigned to any post number as big as your maximum posts number per page.

Now on this page, I’m demonstrating the ads at the 1st, 3rd and 5th. See it on the main page.

What about pages? Yes, you can configure to use either set #1, #2 or #3 for the page.

One more improvement I have made with version 2.0 is about the function call. Now you can have your sets to be anywhere in the template. Just make a call like this anywhere in the template;

<? php mightyadsense4template(Set_Number); ?>

Replace Set_Number with 1, 2 or 3.

    Hello, I’m trying you module at the moment. It works really fine for me. One question however. In a previous version de Ads dit show up in the RSS feed (a very nifty feature). I’m not seeing them now, does that have something to do with me using Feedburner? Or is it something else I’m not seeing them in your sites feed either.

    Question: Using this; can I have the ad show up on a ’single post’ page. For example; it works well on the home page in the sense that it shows up on 2,5,7th (or whatever) post; but how about if I want the ad to show up at the beginning of each post when you are on a ’single post view page’. Does this plugin allow you to do that; or should I just make a ‘template function call’ like you suggested and have the ad displayed?

    Hi Navdeep, with version 2.0 a single post page may contain Google code if you assign Post #1 to any Adsens Set in the configuration area.

    However I will work it out soon so that the single page ads won’t depend on Post # assignment anymore.

    Another question: Can I disable the ads on ‘pages’…

  6. mightyhitter Says:

    Yeah I miss that feature in 2.0, sure it will be available in 2.1 soon. For now alternatively you can assign pages to Set # 3 for example, and uncheck the ‘Show Ads’ option.
